What if I don’t want you to combine my entry with someone else’s? What if I intentionally worded mine differently?
They could be linked, as similar ideas? I think you’re on the right path, but I don’t support your suggestion as articulated. Perhaps I will word it differently and then we can combine my suggestion with yours…
I’m not sure how to handle this yet, but something like how similar goals works on 43 Things may please everyone (see pic). It nicely points people to the most popular goals that have been reported as similar, while allowing people to spell things differently. The popularity of a suggestion on Should Do This could also make it the alpha suggestion of the group (of similar reported suggestions) and make it favor it for display on the suggestion box page.
