Right now things are very cluttered and hard to follow and all the images of other people, while possibly giving the site more of a community feel, are really distracting and obnoxious. For example, it’d be nice if you could tell people what they should do from a listing screen, rather than having to open up each good idea in a new tab and vote for it separately.
